Key Responsibilities


Guest Experience:

  • Support the General Manager in fostering a culture of exceptional guest service, ensuring each guest has a memorable and seamless experience.
  • Oversee daily guest-facing operations to maintain high standards of quality, hospitality, and brand consistency.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, turning feedback into opportunities to build loyalty.
  • Ensure the restaurant maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at all times.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Assist in leading, coaching, and developing management and hourly team members to drive performance and engagement.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and training efforts to build a strong, service-focused team culture.
  • Help manage scheduling, staffing levels, and labor controls to align with business needs.
  • Lead pre-shift meetings and provide ongoing floor presence to reinforce standards, accountability, and team morale.

Operational & Financial Support:

  • Partner with the General Manager to oversee daily FOH and BOH operations, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and cost controls to support profitability goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, labor metrics, and controllable costs to help achieve financial targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and ownership on initiatives to improve operations, increase sales, and enhance overall performance.
