Gecko Hospitality is conducting a high-level executive search for a dynamic Chief Marketing Officer to lead brand strategy, franchise marketing initiatives, and revenue-driving campaigns for a nationally recognized, franchise-focused restaurant brand headquartered in Tampa.

🔥 What You’ll Own:

• Full oversight of national marketing strategy, brand positioning, and promotional execution
• Franchise marketing alignment and field communication
• Budget management and vendor partnerships
• Digital marketing strategy including CRM, automation, segmentation, and analytics
• PR, social media, and brand messaging
• Consumer insights, traffic-driving initiatives, and revenue growth strategies
