Job Qualifications
We are searching for a Restaurant District Manager who meets the following requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) industry supervising Restaurant General Managers across 4–10 units.
- A High School Diploma
- Proven ability to craft and implement creative, targeted sales-building strategies for multiple locations to enhance performance and profitability.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to drive team engagement and execute clear directives.
- Strong knowledge of positive conflict resolution techniques to maintain a cohesive workforce and promote workplace harmony.
- Physical ability to manage as needed in a high-demand restaurant environment.
Job Responsibilities
As a Restaurant District Manager in Dallas, Texas, your primary responsibilities include:
- Inspiring Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and direction to Restaurant General Managers.
- Financial Oversight: Drive increased sales and profitability through sound financial management practices across all assigned units.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards at every location.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to elevate customer satisfaction and boost operational efficiencies.
- Performance Evaluation: Monitor the performance of each restaurant by reviewing metrics, providing actionable feedback, and developing improvement plans.
- Problem Solving: Proactively address challenges in day-to-day operations to support exceptional outcomes.
