We are partnering with a high volume waterfront resort that has recently reopened after a full rebuild. Business is surging. Multiple outlets. Diverse concepts. Strong leadership in place. Now they need a floor general.

This is not a clipboard manager role. This is a presence role.

What You Will Own

• Lead evening service across multiple outlets including full service dining and bar environments

• Drive execution, pacing, and guest experience during peak volume

• Coach servers and bartenders in real time

• Handle service recovery with confidence

• Ensure standards are consistent across very different concepts under one roof

• Be the steady hand during busy nights
