Key Responsibilities – Store General Manager

Customer Experience:

• Ensure every customer has a positive, efficient, and friendly in-store experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment at all times.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to build loyalty and repeat business.

Staff Management:

• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to create a high-energy, accountable, and service-focused culture.
• Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensure proper staffing coverage for late nights, weekends, and peak-volume periods (late nights and weekends are a must).

Operational Management:

• Oversee all daily store operations in a high-volume retail setting.
• Manage inventory control, ordering, merchandising, and stocking to minimize loss and maximize sales.
• Monitor shrink, enforce loss-prevention procedures, and ensure compliance with all alcohol sales regulations and company policies.
• Analyze sales trends, manage budgets, and drive profitability through smart purchasing and strategic product placement.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure timely deliveries and accurate product rotation.
