A design-forward luxury resort is seeking a Director of Reservations to lead strategy, distribution, and guest journey performance from the first point of contact. This is a high-visibility leadership role focused on aligning reservations, revenue, and sales to elevate both conversion and guest experience.

The ideal leader understands that luxury begins long before arrival — shaping expectations through precision, consistency, and thoughtful communication.

The Role

• Lead reservations operations, systems, and distribution strategy
• Partner with Sales and Revenue to optimize performance and forecasting
• Guide and mentor a high-touch reservations team
• Refine processes that enhance the pre-arrival guest journey
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support a seamless luxury experience

Ideal Background

• Progressive luxury hotel experience within Rooms or Reservations leadership
• Current Front Office Manager, Revenue/Reservations Manager, or Assistant Director level
• Strong cultural fluency and global hospitality perspective
• Experience with residences, villas, or mixed-use luxury product preferred
• Fluent English; strong written and verbal communication
