Join a growing California restaurant group as the Executive Chef for our Pleasant Hill location. We're looking for a hands-on leader who’s passionate about fresh, high-quality cuisine and creating an exceptional kitchen culture.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily kitchen operations and uphold top-tier food quality
• Develop seasonal menus using fresh, sustainable ingredients
• Train and mentor kitchen staff
• Manage inventory, food/labor costs, and health compliance
• 
  
• Partner with FOH to elevate the guest experience

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Restaurant Chef/Executive Chef in a high-volume kitchen
• Strong culinary knowledge and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Passion for great food and guest satisfaction
