Job Qualifications

We are looking for a passionate leader with the following qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience as a General Manager in the fast-food industry (required).
• 2+ years of experience in traditional fast-food restaurant management (required).
• 3+ years of experience in driving results with drive-thru operations (required).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• SERV Safe certification preferred (training available if not certified).
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Exceptional financial and analytics skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office suite.
• Energetic and customer-focused personality with a positive attitude.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

As the General Manager, your role will include:

Managing the day-to-day operations of our Billings, MT location, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Recruiting, hiring, and developing a motivated team, including Shift Managers and the Assistant General Manager (AGM).

Fostering a positive, inspiring workplace culture that empowers team members.

Training and mentoring staff to reach their full potential and achieve operational excellence.

Ensuring the restaurant adheres to food safety and operational standards at all times.

Overseeing and optimizing key restaurant metrics, such as labor costs, food costs, inventory, and profit and loss (P&L) statements.

Handling customer feedback with care, striving to exceed guest satisfaction at every opportunity.

Ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations.

Proactively identifying and resolving challenges to enhance productivity and team performance.

Building a culture of recognition and appreciation to celebrate team successes.
