Restaurant General Manager – Fast Casual

We’re a fast-growing, high-energy fast-casual concept that’s expanding quickly across the Bay Area, and we’re looking for our next Rock-Star General Manager to lead one of our busiest and highest-performing locations in San Jose.

What you’ll run:

• Full P&L responsibility for a high-volume fast-casual restaurant
• Daily operations, food quality, guest experience, and cleanliness at the highest level
• Hiring, training, and developing a passionate hourly and management team
• Driving sales, labor, food cost, and customer metrics every single shift
• Executing company initiatives while keeping the vibe fun and energetic

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of proven General Manager experience in fast-casual or high-volume QSR (Chipotle, Sweetgreen, Panera, Shake Shack, etc. experience is a big plus)
• Strong track record of hitting sales, profit, and guest satisfaction goals
• Passion for people – you coach, you celebrate wins, and you hold the team accountable
• ServSafe certified (or willing to get certified immediately)
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
