South Florida | Upscale Coastal Concept | Leadership Role


We are partnering with a nationally recognized lifestyle dining concept seeking a Head Chef to lead one of its South Florida locations.


This is a structured, metrics driven kitchen inside a polished environment. The right leader will value systems, culture, and performance just as much as food quality.


What You’ll Own


• Full culinary leadership for the location

• Execution of brand standards and SOPs

• Hiring, coaching, and performance management

• Food cost and labor management

• Performance tied to measurable financial metrics

• Professional kitchen culture


You will be expected to lead adults, build accountability, and protect standards.


What We’re Looking For


• Corporate full service culinary leadership background

• Experience operating inside disciplined systems

• Strong understanding of COGS and labor controls

• Professional communicator with executive presence

• Relational leadership style

• High integrity and verified work history


Fine dining or upscale exposure is a plus.


Casual independent backgrounds without structure will not align.


Compensation


• $68K to $76K base salary

• Monthly performance bonus potential

• Annual bonus potential

• Strong benefits package

• 17 days PTO
