We are hiring Sous Chefs for established South Florida locations within a nationally backed, upscale coastal dining concept.


These kitchens are disciplined, polished, and performance measured.

What You’ll Do


• Execute brand standards with consistency

• Lead line teams with professionalism

• Support cost control and labor targets

• Maintain high level kitchen culture

• Deliver predictable execution every shift


Ideal Background


• Corporate full service experience

• Experience in upscale or polished environments

• Strong understanding of kitchen financial metrics

• Professional demeanor and communication

• Honest, stable work history


We are not looking for chaos managers. We are looking for operators.


Compensation


• $20 to $22.50 per hour

• 50 to 55 hours typical weekly

• Overtime pay

• Monthly bonus potential

• Annual bonus potential

• 17 days PTO


Higher volume location available for those who prefer stronger pace and revenue environment.
