This is a high-visibility leadership role in a busy, guest-driven restaurant that thrives on energy, volume, and strong community presence. The right leader will not just manage shifts. They will drive performance, shape culture, and build a team that wins consistently.

You will have full responsibility for the operation. That includes financial performance, labor strategy, cost controls, local marketing efforts, and overall guest satisfaction. You will lead and develop a management team, build a strong bench, and create clear accountability across the restaurant. The expectation is simple. Clean execution. Strong numbers. Engaged team. Repeat guests.

This is a hands on role. You will be present during peak business, leading from the floor, supporting the kitchen, engaging guests, and setting the tone. High standards matter here. So does momentum.

We are looking for an experienced restaurant leader with at least four to five years of progressive management experience and prior General Manager responsibility in a full service or high volume environment. You should be comfortable reading and reacting to a Profit and Loss statement, adjusting labor in real time, and making decisions that protect both the guest experience and the bottom line. A solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, alcohol compliance, and labor regulations is expected.
