The Role

Director of Sales

Location: Franklin, TN (Nashville submarket) – Local/Regional candidates preferred

Salary: $90,000 – $120,000

Team Structure

  • 2 Sales Coordinators
  • 1 Shared Administrative Support (split with Downtown Nashville property)

Non-Negotiables

• Proven hotel sales leadership experience (Director of Sales or Senior Sales Manager ready to step up)

• Strong group and corporate account development background

• Ability to drive regional meetings, SMERF, and training business

• Hands-on leadership style aligned with a collaborative, culture-forward brand

• Comfortable selling an inclusion-driven, upper-midscale product vs. luxury F&B-led environment
