Director of Operations – Multi-Unit Restaurant Group

Location: Spokane, WA (Base with regional oversight in the Inland Northwest)

We're seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Operations to oversee multiple high-performing locations, optimize systems, develop talent, and fuel our next phase of rapid growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day and strategic operations across multiple restaurants in the Spokane region and beyond
• Drive top-line sales, control costs, and maximize profitability (P&L ownership at group level)
• Implement operational excellence: systems, training programs, food safety, guest experience, and team performance
• Recruit, develop, and inspire General Managers and multi-unit leaders
• Partner with executive team on growth initiatives, new openings, remodels, and market expansion
• Analyze metrics, identify opportunities, and execute plans to hit aggressive targets

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant operations leadership (Director-level or equivalent)
• Proven success managing 5+ locations with strong same-store sales growth and profitability
• Experience in casual dining, fast-casual, or high-volume concepts preferred
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Data-driven mindset with expertise in P&L management, labor/food cost controls, and team building
• Food safety certifications (ServSafe Manager or equivalent) required
• Willingness to travel regionally as needed
