Professional Responsibilities

As the General Manager, you are the cornerstone of our operation. Your leadership will dictate the overall performance of the restaurant, ensuring that service standards are not just met but consistently exceeded across both Front and Back of House operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily restaurant operations with a hands-on approach, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of General Manager experience specifically within a fine dining environment.

• Availability: Night and weekend availability is mandatory.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills are essential for success in this role.
• Education: A college or culinary degree is preferred, though not required.
