Fort Myers is not an easy restaurant market. Labor is competitive. Guests have options. Volume swings seasonally.

This opportunity is for a General Manager who understands how to operate a real business inside that environment and still deliver a great experience every night.

We are representing a full service, high energy restaurant with a broad menu, strong bar identity, and serious expectations around execution. This is not a passive oversight role. It requires presence, accountability, and leadership that shows up on the floor.

The Role

You will oversee the entire operation. Front of house, back of house, bar, scheduling, cost controls, guest experience, and team development all sit under your leadership.

You will:

• Run shifts when the building is full and lead from the front

• Own the P and L and understand exactly where your numbers sit each week

• Hire, coach, and develop managers and hourly team members

• Control labor and food cost without sacrificing standards

• Maintain a high level of hospitality while protecting profitability

• Ensure systems are followed, not suggested

This is a leadership role where your decisions directly impact revenue, morale, and long term performance.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong full service restaurant leadership experience

• Proven history of managing a P and L

• Comfort operating in a high volume, bar driven environment

• Deep understanding of labor modeling, food cost, and operational systems

• Ability to build a team and hold them accountable

• Professional presence with guests, staff, and ownership
