What You’ll Oversee
- Daily kitchen operations and line execution
- Team leadership, coaching, and development
- Scheduling and labor management
- Inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
- Maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Upholding sanitation and safety compliance
- Leading service with urgency and professionalism
Schedule & Salary
- 55-hour workweek
- 5 days on, 2 consecutive days off
- $55,000 – $65,000 annually (BOE)
