Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience & Brand Standards:

• Ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service aligned with brand standards.
• Drive a culture focused on quality, speed of service, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor online reviews, customer feedback, and service metrics to continuously improve the guest experience.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of assistant managers and hourly staff.
• Lead by example in a hands-on capacity, working alongside the team during peak hours.
• Conduct performance coaching, succession planning, and leadership development to build bench strength.
• Create weekly schedules that balance labor efficiency with business demands.

Financial & Operational Management:

• Maintain full P&L responsibility, including labor, food cost, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Analyze weekly financial reports and KPIs to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and waste control to protect margins.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and operational policies.
