The District Manager will play a key role in building and scaling the Las Vegas market. This leader will oversee multiple restaurant locations, develop high performing General Managers, support new restaurant openings, and ensure operational excellence across the region.

Compensation
Base salary between 100,000 and 120000

Key Responsibilities
Market Development
Oversee operations for multiple restaurant locations within the Las Vegas market
Support new restaurant openings and ensure successful market launches
Help develop operational infrastructure to support future expansion
Identify and develop future leaders as the market continues to grow
Operational Leadership
Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational consistency across all locations
Ensure restaurants achieve prime cost targets and maintain strong financial performance
Conduct regular store visits and provide coaching and operational support
Maintain strong standards for food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness
Leadership Development
Recruit, develop, and mentor General Managers and emerging leaders
Build strong leadership pipelines as additional restaurants open
Provide coaching, accountability, and professional development for store leadership teams
Promote a culture of positivity, accountability, and growth
Guest Experience
Ensure every location consistently delivers exceptional hospitality
Support teams in creating welcoming environments that encourage repeat guests
Reinforce the brand mission of making healthy food accessible, convenient, and enjoyable
Strategic Growth
Partner with senior leadership on market development strategy
Support site launches, staffing plans, and operational readiness for new restaurants
Scale systems, processes, and leadership structure as the market expands
Ideal Candidate Profile
Multi unit restaurant leadership experience
Experience overseeing high volume fast casual or restaurant concepts
Strong operational discipline with the ability to drive financial performance
Proven ability to build and develop strong General Managers
