The Opportunity As Restaurant Manager, you'll be a key leader in our overall operations, ensuring every guest experience reflects our high standards of quality, authenticity, and legendary service. You'll oversee both front and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where BBQ excellence and hospitality are the standard.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth service execution across all areas
  • Manage and mentor both front and back-of-house staff, fostering a positive and productive team culture
  • Maintain our commitment to scratch cooking, BBQ traditions, and exceptional guest service
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, presentation, and service standards meet Dinosaur Bar-B-Que expectations
  • Manage inventory, ordering, labor costs, and operational cost controls
  • Oversee guest experience from arrival to departure, handling concerns and ensuring satisfaction
  • Collaborate with leadership on menu execution, special events, and promotional activities
  • Train and develop team members on proper techniques, recipes, and service standards
  • Monitor operational efficiency and implement cost-saving and revenue-driving measures
  • Handle high-volume service periods with efficiency and composure across all departments
  • Manage scheduling, hiring, and performance management for restaurant staff

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years in restaurant management or similar leadership role in high-volume restaurants
  • BBQ Passion: Knowledge of and appreciation for authentic BBQ and Southern cuisine
  • Full Restaurant Operations: Experience managing both front and back-of-house operations
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire diverse restaurant teams
  • Guest-Focused: Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Standards-Driven: Dedication to maintaining high food quality, service, and safety standards
  • High-Volume Expertise: Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Flexibility: Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
