What You Will Be Responsible For
You will be the operational backbone of the kitchen. The person who keeps the line sharp, the team focused, and the food leaving the pass exactly the way it should.
This role works directly with the Executive Chef to:
• Lead daily kitchen operations and maintain high culinary standards
• Coach and develop line cooks and prep cooks into stronger culinarians
• Maintain speed and precision during high volume services
• Execute recipes and plating with consistency and attention to detail
• Manage prep systems, station organization, and kitchen efficiency
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and kitchen discipline
• Support ordering, inventory control, and cost management
