We are representing a fast-growing multi-location beverage retail group that needs a sharp operator to take ownership of purchasing across several high-volume stores. If you understand the difference between simply buying inventory and strategically managing it, this position will feel like home.

This role is about building smart buying strategies, negotiating with distributors, and making sure the right product hits the floor at the right time while protecting margins.

You will manage purchasing across seven locations with additional stores already planned, giving you a chance to help shape how procurement evolves as the company expands.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing strategy for beer, wine, liquor, tobacco, and related products across multiple locations

• Vendor relationships, including negotiating pricing, terms, and allocation opportunities

• Inventory planning to maintain strong in-stock levels without overbuying

• Monitoring cost trends and identifying opportunities to improve margins

• Managing distributor performance and holding partners accountable

• Coordinating product flow between vendors and store operations

• Helping leadership make smart inventory and cost decisions as the company grows

Qualifications

• Strong purchasing or procurement experience within liquor retail, beverage distribution, or convenience store environments

• Deep familiarity with beer, wine, spirits, and tobacco product purchasing

• Ability to negotiate effectively with distributors and vendors

• Organized operator who understands how inventory decisions impact store-level performance

• Comfortable managing purchasing across multiple locations

• Someone who enjoys building systems and improving processes as a business scales

Schedule and Environment

• In office role based in Orlando

• Typical hours roughly 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM or 6:00 PM

• Approximately 50 hour work week

• Days off Sunday and Tuesday
