An established upscale casual dining concept known for its scratch kitchen, and polished guest experience is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join its leadership team in the Creve Coeur area.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations while maintaining high service and hospitality standards
• Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house team members to ensure strong performance and guest satisfaction
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor to align with business needs
• Ensure consistent execution of food quality, service standards, and operational procedures
• Support sales growth through strong floor leadership and guest engagement
• Monitor controllable costs including labor, inventory, and waste
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant restaurant environment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in full-service dining
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing in a high-volume restaurant environment
