This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant performance including sales growth, operational execution, team development, and financial results.
The General Manager will lead the restaurant team while ensuring excellent guest experiences, strong operational standards, and disciplined financial management. This position is ideal for a hands on leader who thrives in fast paced quick service environments and enjoys developing strong teams.
Compensation
Salary between $65,000 and $68,000 annually
Quarterly bonus based on achieving performance targets

Position Overview
The General Manager has full responsibility for restaurant operations and performance. This includes driving sales, managing profitability, building a strong leadership team, and maintaining consistent operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Oversee all daily restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, and service execution
Ensure consistent food quality, speed of service, and guest satisfaction
Maintain strong operational standards across all shifts
Financial Performance
Drive sales growth through strong operations and marketing execution
Manage profit and loss performance including labor and food cost controls
Analyze business performance and adjust operations to improve results
Team Development
Recruit, hire, and develop restaurant team members
Train and mentor management team members
Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and employee evaluations
Guest Experience
Create a welcoming environment for guests
Ensure consistent guest satisfaction through strong service standards
Address guest concerns quickly and professionally
Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum two years of restaurant management experience
Experience working in quick service restaurants with drive thru operations required
Strong people oriented leadership skills
Excellent communication and team development abilities
Strong decision making and problem solving skills
Ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, high volume environment
