Restaurant Assistant General Manager

Location: Nashville, TN

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead our high-volume, fast-casual restaurant in Nashville, TN. If you have a passion for fresh, healthy food and a commitment to operational excellence, we want to hear from you. Fast Casual or Full Service experience is a plus!

The Role:

As the Assistant General Manager, you will partner with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive profitability, and maintain our high standards of food quality and service. You will be a hands-on leader, mentoring our team and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Manage floor operations during peak hours to ensure speed of service and food accuracy.

·        Assist in hiring, training, and developing a diverse team of hospitality professionals.

·        Monitor food safety protocols and maintain a pristine kitchen and dining environment.

·        Analyze financial performance, including labor costs and inventory management.

·        Foster a positive, high-energy culture that reflects our commitment to wellness and quality.

What You Bring:

·        3+ years of management experience in a fast-casual or high-volume restaurant environment.

·        Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to coach and motivate others.

·        A "guest-first" mentality and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

·        Experience with P&L management, scheduling, and inventory systems.

·        Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
