Title of Position - Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant Operations Manager will oversee store operations through our Core Values and with our Core Values as their guide, will have true ownership in our company. The Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations from customer service excellence to providing superb quality cuisine. The person in this position will be able to build a strong team through strong hands-on mentoring as well as building profit through marketing and exceptional customer service. Must have a strong understanding of P&L management as well as the ability to analyze financial trends.

Qualifications:

· Must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree on honesty and integrity

· Open availability is a requirement

· The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must

· Must be passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others

· This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an operations manager or general manager in a high-volume environment
