Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Set up and maintain assigned kitchen stations for service
• Ensure consistent food quality and proper presentation during service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to support efficient service

Qualifications

• Previous line cook or prep cook experience preferred
• Experience working in scratch kitchens or Italian cuisine is a plus
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced kitchen environment
