Job Title: Restaurant Manager – Full Service

Location: Topeka, KS

Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 base salary + bonus + benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day restaurant operations including service, kitchen coordination, and guest experience
• Lead and motivate both hourly team members and supervisors during shifts
• Assist with labor management, scheduling, and staffing plans
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards
• Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
• Resolve guest concerns professionally while maintaining a positive dining experience
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing team members

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service concept
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Experience with high-volume restaurant operations preferred
• Knowledge of labor management, inventory, and cost controls
• Ability to lead from the floor and maintain strong guest engagement
