What You’ll Bring (Qualifications):

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 8 years of leadership experience in restaurant operations, particularly within QSR or fast casual concepts.
• Proven success in delivering operational improvements, driving profitability, and influencing strategic initiatives.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, change management, and execution.
• Excellent communication abilities encompassing financial, analytical, and operational expertise.
• Demonstrated experience in talent development and team-building.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, multi-unit environment.
• A passion for mentoring, teaching, and creating thriving teams.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

As the Vice President of Operations based in Dallas, TX, you will be an influential leader responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring success across multiple locations. Specific responsibilities include:

• Building and leading high-performing teams comprising Directors of Franchise Operations and Business Consultants.
• Driving sales growth, improving franchisee profitability, and elevating guest satisfaction.
• Developing and executing strategic operational goals to enhance performance across franchise locations.
• Overseeing new store openings, remodels, and implementing operational standards to maintain brand consistency.
• Leading food safety initiatives and compliance efforts across all stores.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Development, Supply Chain, and Technology, to achieve company-wide goals.
• Fostering mutually beneficial franchisor-franchisee relationships through training, support, and clear communication.
• Managing financial performance, conducting operational audits, and reviewing budgets to ensure targets are exceeded.
