Job Summary:
We are actively seeking an experienced Director of Sales and Events to join our team in Casper, Wyoming. Event Planning & Execution:
- Lead the planning and delivery of events, ensuring exceptional service standards.
- Partner with clients to understand event goals and tailor offerings accordingly.
- Coordinate pre- and post-event meetings to optimize client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with operations teams for seamless event execution.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Oversee, mentor, and develop the sales and events team.

- Set clear team goals and consistently track performance metrics.
Financial & Operational Management:
- Manage departmental budgets to meet revenue objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts and event details.
