What do we seek?

The Associate Director of Sales is a strategic and highly polished leader responsible for driving revenue growth while upholding the exacting standards of a Forbes Five-Star environment. This individual plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the hotel’s sales strategy across key market segments, with a focus on cultivating high-value relationships and delivering bespoke experiences.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that drive revenue across transient, group, and catering segments.
  • Proactively cultivate and maintain relationships with high-value clients, corporate partners, luxury travel advisors, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while thoughtfully managing and growing existing accounts.
  • Lead and inspire the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and refined service aligned with Forbes Five-Star standards.
  • Maintain a visible and engaged presence, representing the hotel at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, revenue management, and food & beverage teams to ensure seamless execution of guest experiences.
  • Oversee and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitive insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure all client interactions, site visits, and presentations reflect the highest level of professionalism, personalization, and attention to detail.
  • Support the negotiation and execution of contracts, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and brand positioning.
  • Champion the hotel’s brand, values, and service philosophy, consistently delivering an elevated, anticipatory approach to hospitality.
