LOCATION: Albany, NY

COMPENSATION: $65000 - $85000

STATUS: Full-Time

• FOH and BOH management experience desired

• 3–5+ years of Full-service casual restaurant management experience

• Hands-on management style

• 45-50hrs a week as working manager.

• Skilled at increasing catering business in the community

• Strong P&L management, staff leadership, and guest service focus.

• Seasoned with scheduling, along with experience with food ordering (meat/produce)

• Coaching, mentoring & connecting with staff, exceptional with building relationships with customers and ensuring they walk away with a positive dining experience.

• Local or willing-to-commute to the Capital Region preferred.
