About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team in Del Mar. This is a high impact role within an extremely busy, high volume fine dining steakhouse environment where standards matter, details matter, and strong leadership on the floor matters every single day.
Our restaurant closed 2025 at nearly $28 million in sales, and the pace is intense. We are looking for a manager who is energized by that level of volume and who understands how to lead with professionalism, urgency, and consistency in a setting that is busy at all times.
This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who already has a strong foundation in fine dining service and leadership and wants to continue learning at a very high level. We are looking for a candidate who is hungry, loves operations, thrives on the floor, and wants to grow alongside experienced leaders in a demanding and rewarding environment.
Position Overview
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for helping lead daily front of house operations while upholding the standards, pace, and professionalism expected in a high volume fine dining steakhouse.
This role requires a polished and highly professional leader who can support service execution, coach team members, maintain accountability, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience every shift. The right candidate is not intimidated by volume. They are motivated by it.

We need a manager with heavy volume experience in a fine dining environment. Steakhouse experience is highly preferred.
We need someone with a polished presentation, strong leadership presence, and the ability to stay composed and effective in controlled chaos.
We need a candidate who loves being present on the floor, enjoys leading from the front, and takes pride in execution.
We need someone who is coachable, eager to learn, and excited by the opportunity to operate at a high level with a team that expects excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily service execution with strong visibility and presence on the floor
Support all front of house operations to ensure smooth, polished, and consistent service
Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable to service and hospitality standards
Help drive shift organization, communication, and execution in an extremely high volume setting
Maintain a strong sense of urgency while protecting the guest experience
Handle guest feedback and service recovery with professionalism and confidence
Partner with senior leadership to support operational goals and team development
Model professionalism, energy, and accountability on every shift
Ideal Background
Fine dining experience is required
Steakhouse experience is highly preferred
Strong leadership background in high volume restaurant operations is required
Candidates must be highly professional, polished, and confident in guest facing situations
Candidates should bring high energy, strong floor awareness, and a true passion for hospitality and operations
Schedule Expectations
This role requires flexibility and a real commitment to restaurant leadership. Managers will work a variety of shifts, including closing shifts and late nights.
