Title of Position: Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Service Manager must take decisive action to achieve excellent results. Our Restaurant Service Manager will assist the General Manager and management team in the operations of the restaurant in Southlake, Texas. Duties will include, but are not limited to, staffing, scheduling, and training of new employees, maintaining food and labor costs according to company policy, and assisting in administrative functions delegated by the General Manager. This position requires an Assistant Manager with the talent to mentor others and provide exceptional service to our guests. The Restaurant Service Manager must understand all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.

Qualifications:

• The Restaurant Service Manager must have 3+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant
• The Restaurant Service Manager needs a passion for mentoring and developing others.
• The Restaurant Service Manager needs a solid track record in achieving financial results.
• The Restaurant Service Manager must be extremely guest-oriented, with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
• The Restaurant Service Manager must possess a high school diploma or GED
• The Restaurant Service Manager must have open availability
