Location: Remote (supports both West Coast and East Coast property)


Compensation: ~$11,000/month


Schedule: Contract / Task Force (2–4+ months, potential extension)



A highly curated, program-driven luxury hospitality brand is seeking a Task Force Sales Manager to support immediate revenue needs across two flagship properties.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a sales leader who can step in quickly, activate existing relationships, and drive production in a lean, high-expectation environment.


Qualifications:


• Proven experience in luxury hospitality sales (resort, wellness, or boutique preferred)

• Strong relationships within luxury travel advisor networks (Virtuoso, Amex FHR, LHW, etc.)

• Demonstrated ability to book business and convert leads quickly

• Experience in task force, interim, or pre-opening environments preferred

• Highly self-sufficient; comfortable operating with limited structure or support


Responsibilities:


• Drive immediate revenue across leisure, consortia, and group segments

• Manage and activate an existing $2M+ group pipeline

• Re-engage and grow key relationships across luxury advisor networks

• Partner with East and West Coast leisure sales representatives

• Execute outbound sales efforts, prospecting, and conversion strategies

• Identify quick wins and gaps within current sales approach

• Provide reporting, insights, and short-term sales strategy recommendations

• Collaborate with on-property leadership to align sales efforts with inventory and positioning
