Join our vibrant team in Bethlehem, PA! We're seeking a dynamic Kitchen Manager Operator to lead our operation, serving up delicious, scratch-made food to the community. As Kitchen Manager Operator in Bethlehem, PA, you’ll own all aspects of the kitchen and restaurant — driving food quality, labor cost, team development, and delivering consistent execution that drives guest loyalty.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, hire, train, and motivate a kitchen team to deliver outstanding food quality, speed, and consistency
• Own daily operations, including prep schedules, line setup, opening/closing procedures, and enforcing brand standards
• Drive profitability through portion control, waste reduction, inventory management, ordering, and labor scheduling
• Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation — lead by example on the line
• Manage inventory, ordering, and COGS with accuracy; partner with GM on P&L goals
• Build kitchen culture, coach performance, train cross-functionally, and develop future culinary leaders

We're looking for:

• 4+ years of restaurant kitchen management experience, preferably in fast casual or high-volume QSR
• Proven ownership of kitchen P&L: food cost, labor, waste, inventory
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Not afraid to get their hands dirty — working chef mentality
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Passion for serving fresh, delicious food and developing people
