About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a rapidly growing, chef-driven hospitality group in Jacksonville, FL, known for its elevated café concepts and strong community presence, and commitment to a 100% scratch kitchen.

This group is expanding across the Jacksonville market and is seeking a General Manager to support day-to-day culinary operations and ensure consistency, quality, and execution across the kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong kitchen leader who thrives in a high-volume environment and is passionate about working with fresh, scratch-made ingredients.

Position Overview

The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, team development, and overall performance of a high-volume café concept. This role also offers the opportunity to support multiple locations and be part of a leadership bench as the company continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations
• Build, develop, and retain a strong team
• Foster a positive, accountable, and hospitality-driven culture
• Manage labor, inventory, and financial performance
• Ensure consistency in systems, standards, and guest experience
• Handle guest relations and resolve issues professionally
• Partner with leadership on staffing and operational strategy
• Support multiple locations and new store openings as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant or café
• Strong leadership presence and hands-on management style
• Proven ability to develop teams and drive performance
• Solid understanding of P&L, labor, and cost controls
• Experience in quality-driven or chef-led concepts preferred
• Adaptability and ability to lead across multiple locations
• High level of organization, accountability, and attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Up to $70,000 (based on experience)
• Performance-based bonus
