About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a rapidly growing, chef-driven hospitality group in Neptune Beach, FL, known for its elevated café concepts, strong community presence, and commitment to a 100% scratch kitchen.


This group is expanding across the Northeast Florida market and is seeking a Kitchen Manager to support day-to-day culinary operations and ensure consistency, quality, and execution across the kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong kitchen leader who thrives in a high-volume environment and is passionate about working with fresh, scratch-made ingredients.


Position Overview

The Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing all back-of-house operations, including food quality, team leadership, inventory management, and kitchen systems. This role plays a critical part in maintaining standards within a 100% scratch kitchen and supporting operational efficiency in a high-volume café setting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily kitchen operations with a focus on scratch-based food execution and consistency
  • Lead, train, and develop back-of-house team members
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
  • Ensure adherence to all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Partner with front-of-house leadership to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
  • Assist with scheduling, prep systems, and workflow optimization
  • Support new store openings and provide kitchen leadership as needed


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of Kitchen Manager or BOH leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant or café
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, team-oriented approach
  • Proven ability to manage food quality, consistency, and kitchen systems
  • Solid understanding of food cost, inventory, and kitchen operations
  • Experience in chef-driven or quality-focused concepts preferred
  • Ability to stay organized and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • High standards for cleanliness, safety, and execution


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: Up to $65,000 (based on experience)
