A well established beachfront lifestyle resort is seeking an experienced, hospitality driven General Manager to lead its full-service operations. This is a high impact leadership role requiring a true operator who can elevate overall performance, enhance the guest experience, and bring strong structure and accountability to the property.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a proven track record in full-service hotel environments, capable of driving operational excellence, developing teams, and creating a cohesive, high performing culture. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations with full accountability for performance, teams, and profitability
• Lead from the front to elevate guest experience, service standards, and attention to detail
• Strengthen F&B operations, including restaurant, bar, and banquet performance
• Foster a proactive, accountable culture with strong team engagement and retention
• Drive revenue through sales initiatives, local partnerships, and market positioning
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and expenses while maintaining quality standards
• Ensure excellence in cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and overall operations
• Build strong relationships with ownership, leadership, and the local community
