A well-established, fast-growing restaurant group is seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant General Manager in Training to support operations at a high-volume Bellevue location, with opportunities across Washington State. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead daily restaurant operations, overseeing both front- and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth, efficient service. You will drive sales and profitability through strong operational execution while maintaining high standards across all aspects of the business. You will manage scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and training, while coaching and mentoring team members and developing future leaders.
You will be responsible for upholding food quality and service standards, actively monitoring guest feedback, and resolving concerns to ensure an exceptional dining experience. You will also enforce all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, conducting regular inspections and training to maintain a safe and compliant environment. Financially, you will support labor optimization, inventory management, budgeting, and cost-control initiatives in partnership with district leadership.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment and has proven success managing teams in fast-paced settings. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication are essential. Candidates should demonstrate solid financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis, along with a strong leadership style focused on accountability and team development.
