Overview

A highly regarded Spanish inspired restaurant group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Floor Manager to support daily operations and lead the front of house team. This role is ideal for a hospitality driven leader who enjoys polished service, high energy dining, and creating memorable guest experiences.

The concept is known for vibrant hospitality, elevated food and beverage, and a lively guest experience rooted in Spanish dining culture. The Restaurant Floor Manager will help maintain service standards, support team development, and ensure smooth execution during busy service periods.

Position Overview

The Restaurant Floor Manager is responsible for supporting front of house operations while partnering closely with the management and culinary teams. This leader will help oversee service execution, guest satisfaction, team training, and operational standards.

The right candidate brings strong floor presence, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast paced upscale casual or fine dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

Floor Leadership

Lead front of house service with strong visibility and presence on the floor

Support smooth shift execution across dining room, bar, host, and service teams

Maintain high standards for hospitality, pacing, cleanliness, and presentation

Address guest concerns quickly and professionally

Team Development

Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members

Create a positive work culture built on teamwork, accountability, and communication

Set clear expectations and support consistent service execution

Motivate staff to deliver excellent guest experiences

Operational Execution

Support restaurant systems, service procedures, and daily operations

Partner with culinary leadership to ensure strong food quality and service timing

Assist with inventory, labor controls, and cost management as needed

Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and employment regulations

Guest Experience

Ensure every guest receives warm, attentive, and polished hospitality

Build relationships with guests and support repeat business

Stay engaged with the dining room and respond to service needs in real time

Ideal Candidate Profile

Restaurant management experience required

Upscale casual, fine dining, or polished full service experience preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills

Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction

Ability to work in a fast paced, high energy environment

Strong understanding of food and beverage operations

Financial awareness including labor, inventory, and cost control

Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Background

Spanish, Mediterranean, tapas, wine, or cocktail driven restaurant experience is a plus

Bachelor degree in hospitality or related field preferred but not required
