Restaurant Manager

Salary: $65,000–$72,000 base salary + bonus + benefits

We are hiring a Restaurant Manager for a high-energy, full-service restaurant known for its strong sales, fast pace, and lively guest experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys building team culture, and knows how to drive results while keeping service standards high.

This role is ideal for a manager who is comfortable leading from the floor, coaching hourly teams, and creating a great guest experience in a polished but high-action setting. We are looking for someone who can bring structure, accountability, and positive energy to a busy operation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily front-of-house and overall restaurant operations
• Supervise, coach, and develop hourly team members and shift leaders
• Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining strong service standards and floor presence
• Help manage labor, scheduling, and staffing levels to support sales volume
• Monitor sales performance, controllable costs, and overall operational execution
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and brand standards throughout the restaurant
• Handle guest concerns professionally and turn issues into positive experiences
• Partner with senior leadership to improve team performance and restaurant results

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume full-service environment
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Experience with scheduling, labor management, and daily operations
• High level of floor awareness and guest interaction
• Ability to perform under pressure in a busy, fast-paced setting
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for hospitality
