Salary: $23 - $24/hr + Tips

A fast-paced, high-volume quick service food concept is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations and help lead a strong, guest-focused team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on leadership, working in a fast-moving environment, and being part of a growing brand that values quality, speed, and service consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily shop operations to ensure fast, accurate, and high-quality guest service
• Lead shifts by coaching and supporting team members on the floor
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and daily staffing needs
• Help maintain food quality, portioning, and brand standards
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met
• Assist with cash handling, register accuracy, and end-of-day procedures
• Conduct shift meetings and communicate daily goals and expectations
• Train and develop team members to improve performance and consistency
• Step in to resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Support inventory counts, product ordering, and waste control

Qualifications:

• Positive, team-first attitude with a strong work ethic
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Prior experience in food service, retail, or hospitality leadership preferred
• Willingness to be hands-on and lead from the floor
