About the Role: Front of House Manager

As the Front of House Manager for our Langhorne, PA location, you’ll own the daily guest experience and all FOH operations. You’ll set the tone for hospitality, lead shifts, and help grow a popular neighborhood restaurant known for great food and game-day energy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & Develop: Hire, train, coach, and motivate servers, bartenders, hosts, and food runners. Run pre-shift meetings that energize the team.

• Guest Experience: Be on the floor during peak periods. Resolve issues quickly, build relationships with regulars, and ensure consistent, high-quality service.
• Operations: Manage scheduling, labor costs, and floor flow. Partner with the kitchen to ensure ticket times, food quality, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Financials: Handle cash procedures, POS reporting, comps/voids, and drive sales through suggestive selling and event/happy hour execution.
• Compliance: Maintain all PA liquor laws, food safety standards, and safety protocols. Open/close the restaurant as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years FOH management experience in a high-volume bar, restaurant, or gastropub
• Proven ability to lead teams, reduce turnover, and build a positive culture
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, scheduling, and inventory basics
• Food safety and alcohol service certifications preferred, or willing to obtain
• Availability nights, weekends, and for major local sports events
• Hands-on, guest-facing, and solution-oriented when it gets busy
