What You Will Do:
- Partner with the Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations and maintain strict quality control.
- Train, mentor, and manage culinary staff to foster a strong culture of teamwork and respect.
- Ensure absolute precision in meat temperature, preparation, and plate presentation.
- Monitor inventory, help control food costs, and enforce safety and sanitation guidelines.
What You Bring:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef, preferably in a steakhouse or high-volume fine dining setting.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- A solid understanding of various meat cuts, preparation methods, and grilling techniques.
