What You Will Do:

  • Partner with the Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations and maintain strict quality control.
  • Train, mentor, and manage culinary staff to foster a strong culture of teamwork and respect.
  • Ensure absolute precision in meat temperature, preparation, and plate presentation.
  • Monitor inventory, help control food costs, and enforce safety and sanitation guidelines.

What You Bring:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef, preferably in a steakhouse or high-volume fine dining setting.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • A solid understanding of various meat cuts, preparation methods, and grilling techniques.
