As our General Manager, you are the face of the business and the architect of our culture. Your goal is simple but ambitious: lead a high-energy team to exceed guest expectations every single shift. You’ll have total ownership of the FOH and BOH, ensuring that food quality, service vibes, and financial goals are always on point.

⚡ What You’ll Do

• Vibe Check: Set the tone for the entire restaurant, fostering a positive, high-growth environment for your team.
• The Architect: Lead daily operations, from strategic scheduling and inventory to recruiting and developing the next generation of talent.
• The Fixer: Stay cool under pressure, solving problems in real-time while keeping the guest experience seamless.
• The Strategist: Own your P&L. You’ll manage labor, cash flow, and inventory to drive serious results.
• The Standard: Ensure every plate and every interaction meets our "Iconic" benchmark.

• The Resume: 2+ years of experience as a GM in a high-volume, full-service environment.
