We are seeking a strong Restaurant Manager for a high-volume, full-service casual dining restaurant with a fun atmosphere, scratch-inspired food, craft beverages, and a loyal guest following. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys working the floor, developing team members, building guest relationships, and being part of a growing restaurant group. The ideal candidate will have full-service restaurant management experience, strong people skills, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who can bring energy, accountability, and consistency to daily operations while helping create a great experience for both guests and employees.


Restaurant Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on hospitality, service, and execution
  • Coach, train, and motivate hourly team members to deliver consistent guest experiences
  • Support front-of-house and back-of-house communication during peak volume
  • Assist with scheduling, labor management, inventory, and controllable costs
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction
  • Help recruit, hire, onboard, and develop hourly team members
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and create solutions in real time
  • Partner with the General Manager and leadership team to drive sales and operational results


Restaurant Manager Qualifications

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
  • Full-service, casual dining, bar, or brewery-style restaurant experience helpful
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead from the floor and create accountability with the team
  • Experience with labor, food cost, inventory, training, and guest satisfaction
  • Stable work history and a genuine passion for hospitality
