Key Responsibilities

  • Culinary Leadership
  • Oversee all BOH operations and maintain high standards of food quality and consistency.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a strong kitchen team.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, professionalism, and culinary excellence.


  • Operations
  • Manage food and labor costs, inventory, and ordering to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
  • Collaborate with management on menu development, specials, and operational strategy.


  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, full-service or upscale casual environment.
  • Strong background in woodfire or scratch cooking preferred.
  • Hands-on leader comfortable working alongside their team on the line.
  • Solid understanding of P&L, food cost management, and BOH operations.
  • Ability to recruit, train, and retain top culinary talent.
