What do we seek?

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the sales and marketing strategy for two properties within the market. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing market share, and maximizing profitability while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share across both properties.
  • Build and maintain effective lead-generation systems, sales processes, and pipeline management strategies.
  • Prospect, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the corporate, group, wedding, social event, and meeting space segments.
  • Drive revenue performance through strategic pricing initiatives, yield management, and revenue optimization tools.
  • Create targeted sales action plans to achieve budgeted goals and maximize profitability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, event planners, community partners, and local business organizations.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and revenue management teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and guest satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Lead promotional campaigns, sales blitzes, networking events, and marketing initiatives to generate new business.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports while maintaining accountability for revenue targets and key performance indicators.
