An established high-volume restaurant organization is seeking a Restaurant Manager to help lead operations within a successful multi-unit market. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is equally comfortable managing guest experience, leading a kitchen team, and jumping into operations wherever needed.

  • Lead daily restaurant operations with a strong focus on execution and accountability
  • Support both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Drive staffing, scheduling, training, and team development
  • Monitor labor, food cost, inventory, and operating expenses
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and company standards
  • Coach and develop hourly team members and supervisors
  • Assist with recruiting and retention efforts
  • Resolve guest concerns and ensure a consistent dining experience
  • Support a 24-hour operating environment, including evenings, weekends, and overnight coverage when necessary
  • Partner with senior leadership to achieve sales and operational goals


What We Are Looking For


  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong kitchen leadership and back-of-house knowledge
  • Experience in high-volume full-service, family dining, or 24-hour operations preferred
  • Ability to lead from the floor rather than from an office
  • Strong communication and team development skills
  • Understanding of labor management, food cost control, and restaurant financials
  • Reliable, accountable, and committed to long-term career growth
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays


Compensation & Details


  • Base salary: $60,000–$65,000
