An established high-volume restaurant organization is seeking a Restaurant Manager to help lead operations within a successful multi-unit market. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is equally comfortable managing guest experience, leading a kitchen team, and jumping into operations wherever needed.

- Lead daily restaurant operations with a strong focus on execution and accountability
- Support both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations
- Drive staffing, scheduling, training, and team development
- Monitor labor, food cost, inventory, and operating expenses
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and company standards
- Coach and develop hourly team members and supervisors
- Assist with recruiting and retention efforts
- Resolve guest concerns and ensure a consistent dining experience
- Support a 24-hour operating environment, including evenings, weekends, and overnight coverage when necessary
- Partner with senior leadership to achieve sales and operational goals
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Strong kitchen leadership and back-of-house knowledge
- Experience in high-volume full-service, family dining, or 24-hour operations preferred
- Ability to lead from the floor rather than from an office
- Strong communication and team development skills
- Understanding of labor management, food cost control, and restaurant financials
- Reliable, accountable, and committed to long-term career growth
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Compensation & Details
- Base salary: $60,000–$65,000
